Derek took care of our two lively and somewhat anxious older dogs for three days while we went away on a short break. As he had not taken care of our dogs before, he visited twice (at no cost) to get to know them and us beforehand, which was very much appreciated.
Derek visited the dogs up to four times a day, as we had arranged. The dogs positively thrived under his care. He walked, fed, played and interacted with them and sent us regular updates (including videos) which was great. He clearly is a true dog-lover. The dogs greeted us happily when we got back, and it was clear that they had been well looked after in our absence. I would have no hesitation in asking Derek to look after our dogs again or recommending K9 Time to others.
