K9 time is owned and run by Shaun & Sue Kenvyn. We are animal lovers and have always had pets in our lives. Dogs are our passion and at the moment we have 3, 2 Miniature Schnauzers and a German Shepherd X Standard Poodle (Shepadoodle).

We are also passionate about customer service and we aim to give first class service to our clients and their owners.

Canine Hydro-therapist Shaun Kenvyn trained at Hawksmoor Referral Centre in Warwickshire, the first accredited centre for canine hydrotherapy in the Uk. He is trained in the following areas of hydrotherapy and canine care.

• First Aid in Animal Care.
• Benefits of and Techniques in Canine Hydrotherapy.
• The Management of Medical Conditions in Canine Hydrotherapy.
• Musculoskeletal System and Conditions in Hydrotherapy.
• Pool Water Management.

He gained experience working in 3 other CHA (Canine Hydrotherapy Association.) regulated centres operating in the UK.Dog Groomer Susan Kenvyn completed a Commercial Dog Grooming Course at The Classic Canine Cuts Dog Grooming School in South Wales and is trained in the following areas.

• Canine Preparation Techniques including, Scissoring, Clipping & Hand Stripping.
• Nail Clipping & Ear Plucking.
• Hygiene & Business Practise

April 2007 Sue took on new premises on Caerleon Rd in Newport and has quickly built a large Customer base and the majority of her day to day work is repeat business.
