It suits a slow browse. There is furniture, vintage clothing, records, china and militaria, and you can easily lose an hour without ever feeling rushed.
I would keep a short lead here. Narrow aisles and low shelves of glassware are a bad mix with a waggy tail.
Parking is straightforward, and the site sits close to Heeley, so you can tack on a walk afterwards. Pair it with a stroll along the Porter Brook if the weather holds.
For dogs who find crowds stressful, weekday mornings are much quieter than a Saturday. That is when I take nervous dogs anywhere indoors.
